Eligibility Criteria
Education: Graduation in a relevant field
Technical Skills: 2+ years of experience with relevant ServiceNow technologies Proficiency in Java, JUnit, Selenium, TestNG, and open-source testing frameworks Experience with Agile methodology for software development teams Strong understanding of performance, unit, integration, and automated testing Familiarity with AI-driven automation and analytics tools
Soft Skills: Problem-solving & analytical thinking Strong communication & collaboration skills Ability to troubleshoot and support development teams
Key Responsibilities
Test Automation & Quality Assurance
Maintain & enhance existing automation test frameworks Develop, execute, and automate comprehensive test plans Work with developers to design custom testing strategies
Data & AI-Driven Insights
Collect & report quality metrics from test execution Integrate AI-driven insights into workflow automation
Support & Troubleshooting
Assist engineering teams in debugging and resolving issues Utilize tools like IDEs, debuggers, build tools, and profilers
